Rent Payments

Rent payment for all properties is due, in full, on the first day of each month. If payment is received after the 3rd of the month, a $35.00 late fee is applied. Late fees will continue to accrue at a rate of $5.00 per day until payment is received. Acceptable forms of payment are check, charge or money order. Cash is not accepted. You may pay:

Maintenance Issues

Please report any maintenance issues to our office immediately. Maintenance requests can be submitted by phone, e-mail or fax. To submit a request by phone, simply call our office at 480-219-6777. If you leave a voice message, be as detailed as possible and make sure you leave a phone number. To submit a request by fax, simply fax your request to (480)219-8444. To submit a request by e-mail, simply complete the maintenance request form below. Our repair vendors will respond to your requests as quickly as possible.
